HOW COACHING WITH PAUL CAN HELP YOU

The Power of Non-Directive Coaching

Feeling stuck? Unsure of your next step?

Life can sometimes feel like a maze, with no clear way forward. While therapy can be invaluable for working through the past, coaching offers a chance to unlock answers and take action!

While therapy often explores the past to understand patterns and heal wounds, coaching is about moving forward - a process of exploration. It’s about helping you gain clarity, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build confidence in your own decisions.

In this coaching approach, I won’t offer advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll be right there beside you—listening, questioning, and creating the space for real insight. You’ll have the chance to step back from the noise of daily life, reflect on your values, and explore what might be holding you back. Sometimes, we don’t even realise the assumptions we carry that keep us from progress until we have the space to examine them.

These unconscious beliefs often hold us back—stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we’re capable of, or what’s possible. Coaching gives you the chance to challenge those stories. To ask: Is this really true? What else could be possible? And most importantly, What do I actually want?

Many of my clients find this process deeply therapeutic—not in a clinical sense, but in the way that being truly heard and understood can feel like a relief. It’s about discovering your own solutions, trusting your instincts, and gaining the momentum to create real change.

If you’re ready to move forward, let’s talk. You already have the answers—coaching just helps you find them.

Specialist Coaching / Guidance

While my primary approach is non-directive coaching, I recognise that sometimes a more guided conversation can be helpful —particularly in areas like lifestyle management, nutrition and well-being, where I have years of expertise. If, during our work together, you feel that direct input in these areas would be valuable for you, we can discuss and re-contract accordingly. Coaching remains your space, and any shift towards mentoring would always be a conscious choice within your journey.

Your Coaching Journey: What to Expect

Coaching is a personal and evolving process. Each session is led by you—focusing on what matters most in that moment. Here’s how we’ll begin:

Step 1: Get in Touch

Just pop me a message here to book a free 30-minute discovery call. This is simply a conversation—no pressure, no commitment—just a chance to see if coaching feels like the right fit for you.

Step 2: Discovery Call

In this call, we’ll explore what’s on your mind—your goals, challenges, or areas you’d like to work on. You’ll also get a feel for my approach and whether this process is right for you.

Step 3: Contracting Session

If we both feel confident moving forward, we’ll schedule a 30-45 minute session to agree on how we’ll work together. Coaching is flexible, and this is where we clarify expectations and finalise payment for your coaching package.

Step 4: First Coaching Session

Your first full session (60-90 minutes) is where we begin. You’ll have space to think, reflect, and explore whatever feels most relevant to you at the time. This is your journey, and each session is shaped by what you need in the moment. This is your chance to open up and go into depth.

Step 5: Follow-Up Sessions

Remember, coaching is about discovery and change. We’ll meet for five additional 60-minute sessions giving you the opportunity to deepen insights, challenge assumptions, feel accountable and gain clarity on your next steps.

Step 6: Midpoint Review

Around session three, we’ll pause to reflect on your progress. Are we on the right track? Would you like to shift focus or explore something new? This ensures the process stays aligned with what’s most valuable to you.

Investment & Next Steps

This coaching programme is £550. If you feel a longer journey (12+ sessions) would better support you, we can explore that during our initial conversations.

If you have any questions, just ask—I’m happy to help.
