Coaching is about helping you ‘untangle the knots’, see things more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence. Everyone’s journey is different, but many people find that coaching helps them:
Gain real clarity on what they truly want (and what’s been holding them back).
Recognise their strengths and how to make the most of them.
Navigate life’s challenges / obstacles with a fresh perspective—rather than feeling stuck in old patterns.
Develop practical, realistic strategies to take meaningful steps forward.
Build confidence in their decisions, without second-guessing themselves.
Create better balance in work and life, so they’re not just ‘getting through the days’ but actually enjoying them.
Coaching doesn’t just help you think differently—it helps you take action differently. And that’s where real change happens.

Coaching will be a great fit if you’re feeling ready for change but aren’t quite sure how to get there. Maybe you’re at a crossroads, wanting clarity on your next steps. Perhaps you’re doing well but sense there’s more potential in you—more fulfillment, more balance, more direction.
It’s especially useful if:
You want to move forward in life or work but feel ‘stuck’ / or held back
You’re seeking clarity on big decisions or a sense of purpose.
You’re done with going in circles (with your current issues and dilemmas) and want fresh perspectives.
You prefer a future-focused, solution-oriented approach rather than dwelling on issues from the past.
You’re open to self-exploration and taking ownership of your progress.
Our coaching relationship is primarily non-directive—I’ll help you uncover your own answers. But when it comes to wellbeing topics like nutrition, sleep, movement, and lifestyle balance, I can offer insights based on evidence-based strategies. Any guidance I provide is always with your agreement, and we’ll tailor our approach to suit your needs.
The key? Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about gaining the clarity and confidence to decide for yourself. If that sounds like what you need, then yes—coaching is likely right for you.

Both coaching and therapy offer valuable support, but they serve different purposes. The simplest way to put it: coaching is about moving forward, while therapy often looks back.
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to:
✅ Focus on where you are now and where you want to go.
✅ Explore new possibilities and untapped potential.
✅ Take action towards meaningful goals.
✅ Challenge limiting beliefs and reframe perspectives.
✅ Develop strategies for growth and progress.Counselling/Therapy may be more appropriate if you need to:
🔹 Process and heal past experiences.
🔹 Work through emotional or psychological challenges.
🔹 Gain support for mental health concerns.
🔹 Receive a diagnosis or structured treatment plan.
🔹 Focus on deep inner healing rather than future goals. As your coach, I don’t give advice or tell you what to do—I believe you already have the wisdom you need. My role is to ask the right questions, provide a safe space for exploration, and help you unlock the clarity and confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Coaching is ultimately a partnership that helps you shift perspectives, challenge assumptions, and create new possibilities—so you can take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

No two coaching sessions are exactly the same—because you set the agenda. But generally, here’s what you can expect:
Sessions generally last 60 minutes, giving us the time and space for deep exploration.
We start by identifying what’s most important for you to focus on that day.
Through powerful questioning and active listening, we’ll explore your thoughts, assumptions, and perspectives.
You’ll have the chance to reflect, challenge old patterns, and uncover fresh insights.
By the end, you’ll leave with greater clarity—and if it’s helpful, a few next steps to consider.
If needed, I can provide brief notes after each session to support your reflection.
Most importantly, you’re in control—of the pace, the topics, and the direction we take. My role is to create a safe, confidential space where you can think clearly, gain new awareness, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
-
Absolutely. Trust is at the heart of coaching, and confidentiality is a key part of that. Here’s what you can expect:
Everything we discuss stays between us. Your sessions are a private, judgment-free space.
Any notes I take are securely stored and only accessible to me.
I won’t share anything with third parties unless you give explicit permission.
The only exceptions are legal requirements or if there’s a serious risk of harm.
You’re always free to share your own experience of coaching to others if you choose to.
I follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which upholds the highest professional standards. If you ever have questions about confidentiality, just ask—I’m happy to provide more details.

Coaching isn’t just about achieving big goals—it’s also about making sense of dilemmas, untangling conundrums, and gaining clarity on questions you may not have even realised you could explore. Often, the most powerful insights come simply from having the space to hear yourself think aloud in a structured and supportive way.
Sometimes we just need to feel heard or have someone empathise. While our sessions might focus on:
Navigating overwhelm, stress, and burnout
Supporting major life transitions
Enhancing wellbeing and thriving in later life
We can also explore a wide range of topics, including:
Understanding your deeper strengths and challenges associated with neurodiversity
Optimising time management and work-life balance
Building sustainable habits and behaviours
Moving on from institutionalised thinking or dogmatic beliefs
Improving relationships and communication
Cultivating self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Coaching is a flexible, non-directive process, meaning you don’t need me to be an ‘expert’ on your specific situation—what matters is creating the right space for you to reflect, challenge assumptions, and unlock your own insights. If you’re curious about whether coaching can support you in a particular area, I’d be happy to discuss it with you.
